Delicious Baked Apples
Apples
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Walnut pieces
Raisins
Maple Syrup
Butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Depending on how many people you are serving, use apples whole or cut in half. With the skins on, wash and core the apples. Place them in a glass baking dish. Sprinkle insides of whole apples or appple halves with cinnamon and nutmeg. Stuff apples with a few raisins and walnut pieces. Pour a little maple syrup on top and dot with butter. Pour a little water in the bottom of the baking dish. Bake for about 30 minutes until soft and tender. I serve warmed baked apples with chilled organic coconut milk sweetened with organic maple syrup. I used all organic ingredients.
